中国电除尘器与袋式除尘器的现状比较与分析

Current Situation Comparison and Analysis on China's Electrostatic Precipitator and Bag Filter

电除尘器与袋式除尘器是目前应用最为广泛的两种工业除尘设备。对电除尘器与袋式除尘器进行现状比较以及做出经济技术分析在除尘器选型建设中显得尤为重要。文中在对电除尘器与袋式除尘器在除尘效率,煤质要求,运行环境要求等性能优缺点,运行管理优缺点和暴露的问题方面进行了总结,并在设备的本体投资,运行维护费用,排污费用,大修维护费用等经济技术等方面进行了比较,介绍了电除尘器与袋式除尘器的技术发展并对应用前景进行了分析。

Electrostatic precipitator and bag filter are the most widely used industrial dust removal equipment. The compari- son of current situations of the two equipment and analysis based on the comparison are particularly important for the selection of dust removing equipment. In this paper, the advantage and disadvantages of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter were dis- cussed in terms of dust removal efficiency, requirements for coal quality, operating environment, operation and management, equipment price, maintenance costs, sewage charges costs, overhaul and maintenance costs, among others. The prospects for the development and application of these two devices were also introduced.
