摘要
在啤酒废水的处理中,仅依靠生物处理工艺很难达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。采用臭氧氧化法对二沉池出水进行深度处理,针对臭氧的除污效果和氧化特征进行研究。试验采用批量试验方法,通过调整不同的反应时间来控制臭氧投加量。试验结果表明,臭氧对二沉池出水中的细菌总数、总大肠菌群数、TOC、UV254和色度都具有较好的去除效果,在与臭氧反应10 min时,臭氧对各指标的去除率分别为100%、100%、67.2%、65.9%和96.4%。
It is difficult to achieve the standard of first class A as prescribed in "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Munici- pal Wastewater Treatment Plant" by adopting only biological treatment processes in brewery wastewater treatment. The secondary effluent has been treated by ozonation, and the oxidation characteristics and pollutants removal effects of ozone have been re- searched. The batch test method was used to control the ozone dosage by adjusting the ozone reacting time. The results show that ozone has a higher removal efficiency of the total bacterial count, the total coliform groups, TOC, UV254 and color. Reacted with ozone for 10 minutes, the removal efficiency of various indicators were 100% ,100% ,67. 2% ,65.9% and 96. 4%, respectively.
