典型城市重要生态功能区保护现状与对策建议研究——以江苏省常州市为例

Present Status of KEFA Conservation and Countermeasures in Typical Cities

重要生态功能区保护问题越来越得到重视,政府部门也做过很多尝试,可依然收不到较好的效果。文章从城市生态安全与促进生态文明的角度分析常州市重要生态功能区保护现状及存在的问题,探索其保护与利用的合理方式,以期实现生态资源的可持续利用,并为同类型城市重要生态功能区保护提供思路。

The protection of Key Ecological Function Area （KEFA）has received more and more attentions. No significant effect has been achieved despite efforts of the government. This paper analyses the status of KEFA and existing problems in Chan- gzhou City from the perspective of urban ecological safety and promotion of ecological civilization, aiming to explore reasonable protection and utilization methods so as to realize the sustainable use of ecological resources and provide basis for KEFA protection in similar cities.
