经皮微创钢板固定治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创钢板固定术在胫骨远端粉碎性骨折患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院收治的胫骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组行外固定支架治疗,研究组采用经皮微创钢板固定治疗。比较分析两组的临床疗效、手术时间、术中失血量以及骨折愈合时间等临床指标。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗后优良率明显提高,手术时间和骨折愈合时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创钢板固定技术具有切口小、固定牢固,愈合快等优势,具有广泛的临床应用价值。 Objective To probe into the clinical application value of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fracture. Methods Selected distal tibial comminuted fracture patients in our hospital. The patients were divided into study group and the control group randomly. The patients in control group were treated with external fixation stent, while the patients in study group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation. The clinical efficacy, operative time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of patients in two groups were com- pared and analysis. Results Compared with control group, children patients in study group the excellent rate after treatment was improved significantly, operative time and fracture healing time were shortened significantly, blood loss was reduced significantly, there were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation technique has the advantages of small incision, firmly fixed, and fast healing. It has a wide range of clinical value.
