摘要
目的了解实习护士发生职业暴露的危险因素,制定预防措施。方法对近三年来发生职业暴露的护士的相关资料进行分析。结果在发生职业暴露的护士中,实习护士发生率高于在职护士。结论实习护士应加强预防职业暴露措施教育,增强防护意识,提高心理素质,熟悉操作环境及流程,预防职业暴露的发生。
Objective To understand the risk factors of occupational exposure about the trainee nurses and make preven- tive measures. Methods Analyzed the relevant information of nurses who occurred occupational exposures in recent three years. Results Under the rate of occupational exposures, the number of trainee nurses is higher than the on-the-job nurses. Conclusion To prevent the occurrence of occupational exposure,trainee nurses should strengthen the education of prevent- ing occupational exposure, enhance protection awareness, improve the psychological quality and familiar with the operating environment and processes to prevent the occurrence of occupational exposure.
