优质护理服务模式在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的应用效果观察

Application effect on high quality nursing service activities in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in the pre-hospital care

目的探讨优质护理服务对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的影响。方法随机选择优质护理服务前(2010年4月～2011年4月)和优质护理服务后(2011年5月～2012年5月)在我院产科住院治疗的180例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者为研究对象,根据有无开展优质护理服务分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者仅进行一般产科常规护理,而实验组患者在优质护理服务模式下进行护理干预,为期2周,比较对照组和实验组患者的临床疗效、焦虑抑郁情绪、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2周后,实验组患者焦虑抑郁标准分明显低于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理活动能够明显改善宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of high quality nursing service activities in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in pre-hospital care. Methods The clinical data of ninety cases of patients with postpar- tum hemorrhage due to uterine atony who were treated in pre-hospital care in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2011 and ninety cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony who were treated in pre-hospital care in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were collected,then they were divided into conventional care group and nursing inter- vention group according to providing high quality nursing service activities without,patients in the onventional care group were given general maternity routine care,patients in the nursing intervention group were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service activities,the clinical curative effect,the mean score of anxiety and depression,the basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate for basic care of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony were compared. Results The clinical curative effect, the basic nursing qualified rate and the qualifi- cation rate for basic care of patients were higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）,after two weeks＇ intervention,the mean score of anxiety and depression in nursing intervention group were less than that in the con- ventional care group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing service activities can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony, obviously improve the anxiety and depression of patients,at the same time,the high quality nursing service activities can improve the medical service quality,it is worthy of clinical ap- plication.
