健康教育对脑性瘫痪患儿家长生活质量影响的研究

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对脑性瘫痪患儿家长生活质量的影响。方法对89例脑性瘫痪患儿家长进行问卷调查,并采用GQOL-74、SAS和SDS量表评价患儿家长生活质量、焦虑和抑郁水平,并进行有针对性的健康教育。结果GQOL-74量表中睡眠与精力、负性情绪、精神紧张度、生活质量的总体评价对患儿焦虑水平有显著影响(P<0.05),睡眠与精力、负性情绪、社会支持、生活质量的总体评价对患儿抑郁水平有显著影响(P<0.05)。GQOL-74的5个维度及SAS、SDS评分在接受健康教育后1、3、6个月评分均呈上升趋势,均显著高于健康教育前(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的健康教育能有效地改善脑性瘫痪患儿家长的生活质量和心理状态。 Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy parents. Methods A questionnaire survey of 89 parents of children with cerebral palsy,and to adopt GQOL-74, SAS and SDS scale evaluation of parents of children with the quality of life, anxiety and depression level, and targeted health edu- cation. Results GQOL-74 scale, sleep and energy, negative emotions, mental stress, quality of life of the overall evaluation of children with anxiety level was significantly (P 〈 0.05), sleep and energy, negative emotions, social support, the overall evaluation of the quality of life for children with depression levels a significant effect (P 〈 0.05). GQOL-74 in five dimen- sions and SAS SDS scores were significantly higher than before the health education (P 〈 0.05) in 3 and 6 months after receiving health education score showed an upward trend. Conclusion Targeted health education can effectively improve the quality of life and psychological status of parents of children with cerebral palsy.
