摘要
目的评价湖南省2010年基层医疗卫生全科医生转岗培训工作。方法湖南省卫生厅提出了"缺什么、补什么"的"一对一"培训模式,通过基层医疗卫生全科医生转岗培训,经结业考核(操作考试+理论考试)检测培训效果。结果 969名学员参加了基层医疗卫生全科医生转岗培训,951人合格,合格率为98.14%。结论转岗培训后学员能够掌握全科医生的基本知识与技能,培训模式可行。
Objective To evaluation the general practitioner training and retraining of HuMan province in 2011. Methods The training model of "What is missing, make up what" and "An instructor is responsible for 1 to 2 students" was pro- posed by Health Department of HuMan Province. The model was used to operate the general practitioner training and re- training of HuMan province in 2011. Passed the final examination(the operation examination+theory test) suggested the qualified training. Results Some 969 participants attended the primary health care general practitioner training and re- training. 951 people passed the graduation examination. The pass rate was 98.14%. Conclusion Training and retraining participants could acquire the basic knowledge and skills of general practitioners, and the training model was feasible.
