回鹘文契约文书研究概况及存在的问题

A Survey of researches on contract documents in Ouigour script and the existing problems

本文简介了百余年来俄、德、英、法、日、中等国学者对回鹘文契约文书的研究概况，指出了目前刊行于世的几种本子中的一些问题。作者认为，由于这几种本子问世于突厥语研究的不同发展阶段，不同的编著者对国内外最新研究成果的吸收程度不同，彼此之间存在着不少差异，有的本子中存在着明显的缺点与错误，对史学工作者来说，利用这部分资料必须采取多种译本比较研究的态度。

This article Presents a brief account of researches on contracts in Ouigour script by Russia, German, British, French, Japanese and Chinese scholars in the last more than one hundred years, and points out some problems in several texts which have been printed and Published so far. The author holds that since these texts appeared in different stages of researches on Turkic language and levels of different editors in absorbing newly gained achievements at home and abroad were different, there are a lot of differentiations among them and there are obvious shortcomings and mistakes in some texts; so, historians must take an attitude of comparing different texts in using these data.
