摘要
回顾我国建立风景名胜区体系缘起于悠久的传统,拨乱反正顺应社会主义物质和精神文明建设的需要,改革开放国际大趋势的带动和开放旅游增加资金积累的驱使;工作由无序到多部门和专家协调创新,直到国务院立法,确立法律地位的艰辛过程。进一步认清并保持风景名胜区体系优势,努力在世界保护自然文化遗产的热潮中得到发扬发展。
The paper looks back to the establishment of the system of scenic areas of China,which originated from the long tradition,were brought out of chaos to meet with the needs of socialistic material and spiritual civilization construction,were promoted by the international big tendency of reforming and opening up to the outside world and were motivated by opening the tourism industry and accumulating capitals.The hardship process of efforts from disorder to multi-department and expert coordinated innovation and to the confirmed legal position by the legislation of the State Council is also reviewed.The superiority of the system of scenic areas should be further recognized clearly and be promoted and developed in the upsurge of world natural and cultural heritage protection.
