总结了上海世博会地区后续利用规划中的世博理念借鉴与实践体会,包括强化系统协同理念,注重不同功能区之间的功能匹配、资源互补和联动发展;突出"以人为本"理念,强调功能的多元复合和环境的舒适宜人;体现"低碳生态"理念,倡导紧凑布局、集约开发、绿色出行,推广应用生态环保技术;注重"文化传承"理念,强调保护历史遗存、延续城市原有脉络肌理等。
The paper summarizes the concept,practice and experience of Shanghai World Expo site post-use planning,including strengthening the systematic collaboration,emphasizing on the match between each function zone,complementing resources and developing jointly.＂People-oriented＂,the Expo site will become a comfortable,livable and accessible public space that keeps work,life and leisure in balance.＂Low carbon＂.the Expo site champions compact urban design,resource-efficient development,green mobility,and eco-friendly technologies.＂Heritage preservation＂,as an integral part of the district and city development plan,the Expo site will make.
