民族法学是我国改革开放以来发展起来的一门新兴学科。 2 0年来 ,我国的民族法学研究主要在民族法学基本理论、民族区域自治法、民族法制建设、民族法律文化等方面进行了广泛深入的研究。

Ethnic law is a new discipline that has been developed since China began its reform and open-door policy. Research in this new domain has covered such respects as the basic theories, autonomous law of ethnic regions, the construction of ethnic legal system and ethnic legal culture.
