论党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领之间的内在联系──兼论党的基本纲领与最高纲领的关系

On the Internal Relations between Basic Theory, Basic Line, and Basic Program of the Party ──Concurrently on the Relations between Basic Program and Maximum

本文分三个部分。第一部分扼要叙述了党的基本理论和基本路线的形成过程，着重从三个方面论述了基本理论对基本路线的指导作用，同时强调指出实现基本理论要以贯彻基本路线作为政治上的落脚点和归宿；第二部分阐明什么是基本路线和基本纲领以及两者的关系，并且分阶段地考察了基本纲领的形成过程，从四个方面论述提出基本纲领的重大理论意义和现实意义；第三部分从党的最低纲领与最高纲领的关系的角度，阐明为什么在坚持基本纲领的同时必须牢记最高纲领，并对当前淡化共产主义理想的一些似是而非的现点从理论上作了剖析和反正。

This thesis consists of three parts. The first part concisely 'the the formation process of the party's basic theory and basic line. It emphatically expounds how the basic line is under the guidance of the basic theory in bee aspects, and meanwhile, emphasizes that the halization of the basic theory shoul polihcally be based on the implementation of the basic line. The second part elabouates on what the basic line and the basic program are, and their relations. It also analyzes the fonnation proness of the basic program on different phases, and discusses the important theoretical and prcatical meaning of the proposal of the basic program in four aspects.The third part clarfies why we must keep firmly in mind the maximum program while insisting on the basic program, from the angle of the 'dations between the party's minimum puogram and miximum program. It also theoretically analyzes and rectifies some specious views which weaken the ideal of communism.
