论我国市场经济发展之路的政治主导性──兼析目前我国政治主导作用的中心任务

The Guiding Function of Politics in the Development of Chinese Market Economy

作为一种舶来品,市场经济自西方列强用血与火征服中国强制“输入”进来后,就开始了在各种政治力量支配下艰难成长的历史,而国情的复杂则使政治对我国市场经济发展之路的左右异常明显和突出。现在,在政治以一股强大的力量积极推动我国的市场经济走向强大的过程中,其主导作用的负面影响逐步凸现出来。但是,我国目前市场经济的总体运行态势,决定了政治的这种主导作用仍有存在的理由,只不过这种主导作用的当务之急是:推动和加快我国产权制度的改革。

Market Economy, since imported by way of the conquest of China by western powers, has been developing with difficulty under the conttol of the various political factors, to which the developmeat of macket economy is extremely sensitive, because of the complicated national conditions. Today while political factors are gnatly promoting the development of market economy, their side effects are becoming obvious. Nevertheless the whole situation of the operation of maidet economy still makes it possible for political faCtors to play a gUiding role Only the guiding role now is to promote and speed up the reform of property right systems.
