当前,随着社会的迅猛发展,大大促进了工业与民用建筑的发展,怎样确保建筑工程具有较高的质量水平,最为关键的就是使用科学合理的施工技术。笔者根据自己多年的工作经验,指出了现阶段房屋建筑施工中存在得到问题,其次,论述了新施工技术在房屋建筑中的应用,旨在为同行们提供一定的借鉴。
