项目合同的风险管理正成为每个施工企业管理的重点,在合同管理中如何正确识别、预防、规避及处置风险变得越来越重要。索赔通常是指在工程合同履行过程中,合同当事人一方因对方不履行或未能正确履行合同或由于其他非自身因素而受到经济损失。

The risk management of project contract is becoming the focus of each construction enterprise management, and how to make proper identification, prevention, circumvent and disposal risk has become increasingly important in contract management.Claims usually refers to the economic losses of one of contracting parties during the performance of the project contract,and the economic losses because of non-performance of the other paty or the other party＇s failure to properly perform the contract or some other non-self factors.
