摘要
文章结合当前中小水库出现的渗漏问题提出了治理的方法和途径,并分析了水库综合性的防治管理措施。
The article proposes some ways and means for the governance of the small and medium-sized reservoirs ,to solve the current leakage problems.And also it analyzes the comprehensive prevention and management measures for the reservoirs.
