On Constructing Techniques in Super Highrise Buidings Construction

现阶段,随着我国社会主义市场经济的飞速发展,以及我国城市化建设的不断加快,使得超高层建筑在我国如雨后春笋般平地而且。但是,由于超高层建筑所具备的种种特点,使得其工程质量的要求变得尤为严格。因此在这个背景下,便需要工程人员在施工阶段给予严格的思考。比如:如何有效控制施工的质量,如何确保施工现场的稳定等。而本文笔者就以超高层建筑的基本特点、发展历史、技术的优化模式,以及运用方式等展开分析,从而系统地阐述我国超高层建筑工程施工技术的要点。

Currently, with the rapid development of the Chinese socialist marketing economy, and the ever-lasting acceleration of urbanization, super highrise buildings appea- rlike mushrooms after rain. However, due to various characte- ristics of super highrise buildings, the requirement on the constructing quality is extrodinary strict. In this context, full consideration of the construting staff becomes essential, for example, considering how to control the quality of the const- ruction effectively;, how to ensure the stability of the construc- ting site and so on. The author, by means of presenting the basic characteristics of super highrise buildings construction, its history, the optimizing modes oftechniques, as well as their using pattern, systematically formulate the gists of techniques in constructing super highrise buildings.
