近些年来,我国社会经济在快速发展的同时,也带动了我国建筑业的发展,建筑行业成为了经济发展的重要组成部分。而市场经济的竞争机制给建筑业的发展带来了一定的压力,为此,建筑企业都在为自身的可持续发展寻求途径,而提高建筑工程项目的管理水平就成为了大家公认的一种有效途径,所以,社会上对建筑施工项目管理的研究也越来越多,因而,要想提高建筑施工项目的管理水平,首先就应该实现管理上的创新。

So the construction enterprises are seeking ways for sustainable development.Improving the management of construction pro- jects has become a recognized effective way, so, the research on the construction project management are more and more. Therefore, in orderto improve the level of management of the construction project, weshould first realize manag~＇ment innov- ation.
