浅谈保障性用房的工程管理问题探索

中国房地产业的发展已经进入了一个新的历史阶段,市场规模不断扩大,宏观政策导向保障性用房的开发和建设,企业间的竞争异常激烈。如何搞好工程管理,是提升核心竞争力的关键。文章结合当前保障性用房工程管理,分析项目工程管理的问题,提出了提高项目管理的措施。

The development of China＇s real estate industry has entered a new historical stage.The market is expanding, and the development and construction of affordable houses is in macroeconomic policy-oriented, which increse the fierce competition among enterprises. How to improve project management,is the key to enhance the core competitiveness. Combining with the present project management of afforda- ble house,this paper analyzed the issues in project manage- ment, and proposed measures to improve project manage- ment.
