工程造价结算控制是建筑工程项目造价管理的重要组成部分,对建筑工程造价结算进行有效控制,有利工程造价、提高工程投资效益。本文针对当前工程造价中存在的问题,提出了做好结算审核工作,使之更加合理地确定工程造价,达到有效地控制工程造价的目的,并对工程结算审核的内容和方法进行了探讨。

Project Cost settlement control is an importantpart of the construction project cost management and it iseffeetive for control of the construction project cost settlement and is favorable for project cost and improve the effectiveness of project investment.Acoording to the problemexists in the current project cost ,this paper proposes thatdo well the settled audit work to make it more reasonable to determine the project cost,and to achieve the purposeof effectively control of the project cost, and it also discussed the content and methods of the project settlement audit.
