摘要
分析了锌在高炉内的循环富集机理并以首钢多地高炉生产实践经验为依据,讨论了锌对高炉生产的严重危害及锌对高炉炭砖的破坏作用,最后从加强精料措施,减少粉末入炉;优化高炉操作,提高高炉排锌能力;合理使用固废,减少锌的循环富集三条措施防治锌对高炉的危害。
This paper analyze the zinc circulating enrichment mechanism in blast furnace and on the basis of Shougang to blast furnace production and practical experience, discussed the serious zinc harm to blast furnace production and destructive effect on carbon brick. Finally the harm of zinc was controlled by strength feed measures, reduce the powder into the furnace; optimizing blast furnace operation, improving BF zinc ability; reasonable the use of solid waste and reduce zinc enrichment.
