脑出血患者家属焦虑相关因素的调查分析

Study on the factors relating to anxiety of cerebral hemorrhage patients' families

目的探讨脑出血患者家属焦虑的相关因素。方法对80例脑出血患者共200名家属进行问卷调查。结果家属焦虑与环境因素、获得疾病知识的时间和方式以及收费程序等因素有关,且对疲乏等主要焦虑症状应对不良。结论脑出血患者家属普遍存在焦虑,帮助患者家属减轻焦虑的应对措施可使患者获得更有效的社会支持,也为临床的护理工作提供方向。

Objectives To evaluate the factors relating to anxiety of cerebral hemorrhage patients＇ families.Methods 200 cerebral hemorrhage patients＇ families in emergency department were given questionnaires.Result The factors relating to anxiety of cerebral hemorrhage patients＇ families in emergency department were related to the environment of emergency department,the time and ways of acquire disease knowledge,process of collecting fees and so on.In addition,these families could not cope with anxious symptoms,such as exhaust.Conclusion Anxiety exists in most of the families of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage.It can gain more effective family support by reducing the anxious level of the patients＇ families and it is also benefit to the clinical nursing works.
