文章对传统的客家土楼、万科的土楼公舍以及19世纪的吉斯工人之家等乌托邦住宅进行模式、理念、管理和历史进程等方面的分析,并解读其形式、密度与构造等的社会意义,透过三个案例发展境遇揭示背后的社会与经济问题,最后总结在消费社会住区建设应注重公民意识、商品化与资源共享的平衡以及多样性的要求。

The paper separately analyses and compares the living models, ideas, managements and historical courses of Hakka Tulou, Urban Tulou and Family Lodging in Guise which is in the name of Utopia community in the 19th Century, then re-interpretates their forms, densities and constructions from the view of social significance. The paper also reveals the issues of society and economy through their developing circumstances. At last, the paper thinks that the community should emphasize civic awareness, make the balance of commercialization and resources sharing, and meet the diversified needs in the consumer society.
