摘要
介绍了一种双母线带旁路接线方式的换流站,因母联间隔改造不能长期使用,采用旁路及线路开关串接的接线方法,充当临时母联回路的运行经验。分析了这种特殊运行方式下的闭锁逻辑和五防逻辑的不同点。提出了增加1套微机防误在线检测装置以及退出原五防系统,在倒母线时使用临时的逻辑闭锁防误方案。总结了运行人员在现场倒母线的操作要点,并对可能发生的相关问题,进行了保护配置及故障分析。通过十多次的运用,证实了采用旁路和线路开关串接充当临时母联回路的接线方式是可行的和可靠的。
This paper describes a dual-bus connection with bypass mode converter station, because the interval transformation of the bus coupler can't be long-term use so as to use the bypass and line breaker in series wiring to act as a temporary bus coupler circuit operating experience. It analyzes the differences of the blocking logic and five anti-logic under this particular operation way, and proposing to increase one set of anti-disoperation of microcomputer online detection device and leaving the original five-prevention system, in the inverted logic of bus use temporary blocking anti-program. Accordingly, this paper summarizes the operating personnel in the field-bus operation, meanwhile elaborates the protection configuration and fault analysis of related issues that may occur. Through ten times of use, the practice of using in series bypasses line and line breaker acted as a temporary bus coupler circuit is confirmed as a feasible and reliable way.
