摘要
上海吴泾热电厂8、9号机组除渣系统为闭式循环,采用水力除渣方式。运行过程中发现由于进出水量不均衡,造成渣水处理系统会产生大量高pH值废水进入雨水系统,给废水处理工作和环保工作造成较大压力。经过对渣水处理系统设备和管路的改造,解决了系统水量不均衡和废水排放等问题。改造后,系统运行产生的能耗和污染都得到了明显改善,达到了节能减排的效果。
Wujing thermoelectric plant slag removal system of 8 and 9 machine set adopts a hydraulic slag removal method, which is a closed cycle. If it is found imbalance between inflow and outflow in the progress, it makes the slag removal water disposal system generate large amounts of wastewater with high pH to enter a rainwater system, which results in greater pressure for wastewater disposal work and environmental protection work. The problems, such as waster amount imbalance in systems, wastewater discharge, are solved by transforming water disposal system equipment and pipeline for slag removal. After transformation, energy consumption and pollution generated by system operation gains obvious improvement, and it achieves energy saving and emission reduction effect.
