生态优先模式下的三亚临空经济区填海规划研究

随着枢纽机场规模的扩张、客货运量的大幅增长及航线网络在全球的扩展,建设临空经济区已成为依托枢纽机场促进区域社会经济发展的新模式。作为三亚新机场临空经济区选址以及填海造地区域建设用海规划、海域论证的前期研究和基础性工作文件,研究以环境规划为先导,采用生态、科学的技术方法,将新填岛屿对海域可能构成的风险及实施后对环境产生的影响做出预判,最终确定以人工岛方式进行填海造地,既满足三亚临空经济区的用地需求和产业发展需求,又将对海洋生态产生的影响降到最低。
