生态网络在城市非建设用地评价中的作用研究 被引量:8

摘要 生态网络在非建设用地评价中具有划定非建设用地保护边界、评价非建设用地中生态类用地斑块、协调非建设用地保护与建设用地开发三大作用。针对当前非建设用地存在的问题及其产生的危害,研究提出基于生态网络对非建设用地进行评价,以缓解非建设用地保护与城市建设用地发展的矛盾,并以青岛市为例,提出了生态网络构建流程,基于该流程构建生态网络并划定网络等级;在市域层面分析现状建设用地对生态网络的影响,提出相应的补偿措施;以东部城区和西部城区为重点,划定非建设用地的各类边界,并提出相应的控制导则。 Ecological network could delimit the non-construction land boundary,evaluate the zoology plaque,coordinate the protect and development in urban non-construction land evaluate system.Aim at the problems and damage at present,the paper proposes use the ecological network in non-construction land,remits the contradiction between protect and development.Take Qingdao example,the paper structures the ecological network and delimit their grade;analysis the construction land’s affection to ecological network and proposes the indemnifying measure;takes eastern and western to the points,delimits the boundary and propose the control guide.
