摘要
以双酚S单体、ECH(环氧氯丙烷)为原料,在碱性条件下制得双酚S型EP(环氧树脂);然后以双酚S型EP/双酚A型EP作为复合EP,采用柔性固化剂制得复合EP胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当固化剂为D230时,复合EP胶粘剂的剪切强度相对最大;以复合EP胶粘剂胶接不同基材,则相应胶接件的剪切强度随双酚S型EP或D230含量增加均呈先升后降态势,并且在w(D230)=40%、w(双酚S型EP)=30%(相对于总树脂质量而言)时相对最大。
With bisphenol S monomer, ECH (epichlorohydrin) as raw materials, a bisphenol S-EP (epoxy resin) was prepared under alkaline condition. Then,with bisphenol S-EP/bisPhenol A-EP as composite paonomers,a composite EP adhesive was prepared by soft curing agent. The research results showed that the composite EP adhesive had the relatively maximal shear strength when D230 was used as curing agent. The shear strength of corresponding cementing sample had trends of rise-fall with increasing bisphenol S-EP or D230 contents when the composite EP adhesive was used for bonding different substrates, and its shear strength was relatively maximal when mass fractions of D230 and bisphenol S-EP were 40% and 30% in total resins respectively.
