PMI泡沫材料拼接用低密度糊状胶粘剂的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以低黏度EP(环氧树脂)为基体树脂、核/壳型橡胶为增韧剂、高强度玻璃微珠为填充料和混合胺为固化剂,制备了PMI(聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺)泡沫材料夹层结构件的拼接和补强用低密度双组分糊状胶粘剂。结果表明:该胶粘剂在密度、耐热性、力学性能和工艺性能上获得了较好的平衡,其密度为0.50 g/cm3,其铝合金胶接件的常温剪切强度超过15.0 MPa,常温本体压缩强度超过40.0 MPa,PMI泡沫材料拼接件的平面拉伸强度超过了3.0 MPa;该胶粘剂满足常温可凝胶拼接定型、中温(120℃)和高温(175℃)均可固化成型的工艺特性,目前已在EP预浸料-PMI泡沫材料夹层结构件的热压罐成型工艺中获得了成功应用。 With EP(epoxy resin) with low viscosity as matrix resin, core/shell type rubber as toughener, glass microspheres with high strength as filler and mixed amine as curing agent,a bicomponent paste adhesive with low density,which was used for splicing and reinforcing sandwich structure of PMI foam material,was prepared. The results showed that the adhesive had good balance in density ,heat resistance ,mechanical properties and process properties because its density was 0.50 g/cm3,the shear strength at room temperature for aluminum alloy cementing pieces and compressive strength at room temperature for self were above 15.0 MPa and 40.0 MPa respectively,and the plane tensile strength for splicing pieces of PMI foam material was above 3.0 MPa. The adhesive was successfully used in autoclave molding process of sandwich structure of EP prepreg-PMI foam material at present because the adhesive could satisfy some process requirements such as gelable for splicing immobilization at room temperature, and curable at medium temperature ( 120 ℃ ) and high temperature ( 175 ℃).
