P92大径厚壁管采用内保温电阻加热热处理工艺分析 被引量:3

摘要 在铜陵电厂六期工程1000MW超超临界机组工程的建设中,采用内保温电阻加热法进行了焊接热处理工艺试验,解决了SA335P92大径厚壁管焊后热处理存在的内、外壁温差问题,提高了SA335P92钢管的焊接热处理质量。实践表明,用内保温电阻加热法进行焊后热处理是可行的、经济的。 Ohmic heating method with internal insulation was used during heat treatment process after welding in sixth stage of project of the Ultra Supewritieal Unit engineering construction of Tongling 1000MW power plant,non uniformity between internal and external wall during heat treatment after welding of SA335P92 with large diameter and thickness was solved, so the quality of heat treatment after welding of SA335P92 was improved, the resuhs revealed that Ohmic heating method with internal insulation during heat treatment after welding was feasible and economical.
