摘要
某液体罐箱的奥氏体不锈钢加热管在使用过程中发生泄漏,经补焊修复后泄漏仍时有发生,对存在泄漏问题的加热管进行宏观及微观断口分析、化学分析、拉伸试验、金相分析以及腐蚀产物的能谱分析等多方面试验,找出了泄漏的原因是由于加热管存在贯穿钢管壁厚的应力腐蚀裂纹所致,并提出了防护的措施。
The austenitic stainless steel heating tube of a liquid tank leaked in the course of being used. The leakage still occurs after welding repair. By means of the macroscopical and microcosmic fracture analysis, chemical analysis, tensile test, metallographic analysis and corrosion produet of energy spectrum analysis and other aspects of the analysis test, the cause of the heating pipe leakage is due to the presence of stress corrosion cracks which passed through the wall thickness. Some prevention measures are put forward in order to avoid the similar accident.
