以某型液力自动变速箱样机试验中离合器齿毂拉断现象为契点,将CAE技术用于离合器齿毂优化设计,通过精确有限元分析证明了齿毂损坏的必然性。详细阐述了对离合器齿毂进行仿真分析的正确方法,论证了冲压过程对零件结构产生的影响是仿真过程中不可忽视的因素,证明了液压缸活塞产生的离合器摩擦片组压紧力是导致齿毂拉断的主要因素。根据分析结果提出了优化设计方案,为变速箱的顺利开发提供保障,可作为齿毂等冲压成型类零件优化设计与仿真分析的参考依据。
Taking the snap failure of a clutch disc carrier in the prototype testing of a automatic hydraulic transmission as an instance, apply CAE technology to the optimization design of the carrier, and illustrate the inevitability of its failure. Describe a method to simulate the working clutch disc carrier in detail, and demonstrate the shifting hydraulic force is the primary factor that results in the failure with the method. Table a proposal for optimizing the weaknesses according to the result so that the development of the transmission is guaranteed. Provide a reference for simulating or analyzing stamping parts like the disc carrier.
