摘要
为尽可能反映构架等结构中真实应力,采用Solid 95单元、Solid 45单元、Solid 285单元、Solid 92单元分别用2~20 mm的单元尺寸对T型构件进行网格划分,在相同边界条件下对其进行计算,通过计算结果与理论解的对比分析,提出了构架有限元模型中单元的选择方法,建议使用Solid92单元,规则处选用8~16 mm的单元尺寸,不规则处选用8 mm以下的单元尺寸。分析了某八轴电力机车转向架构架的载荷特点,考虑了与实际条件更加接近的载荷工况,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对该构架进行静强度及疲劳强度仿真计算。研究表明构架静强度足够,疲劳强度满足要求。
In order to reflect the true stress of the frame structure as far as possible, the Solid95 element, Solid45 element, Solid285 element and Solid92 element were used, T type structure was meshed selecting element size respectively from 2mm to 20mm. the strength was calculated under the same boundary conditions, according to the comparison of the computation results, selection method for framework finite element model was proposed. The use of Solid92 element was recommended, 8 - 16 mm element size was selected in the regular place and 8ram following element size was selected in the irregular place; the load characteristics of eight axle bogie frame of electric locomotive were analysed, and the load closer to the actual conditions was considered, the large finite element analysis software ANSYS was used, the frame of static strength and fatigue strength were calculated, Studies show that structure static strength and fatigue strength were enough to meet the requirements.
