摘要
牦牛尾毛资源丰富,但纤维较粗、硬,大多作为粗纺产品的原料.对牦牛尾毛进行预处理、拉伸、定型等处理后再经转谷氨酰胺酶(TG酶)修复损伤,以提高产品实用性能和附加值.实验结果表明:预处理pH值=7.0、温度70℃、时间60 min、MEate预处理剂质量浓度为30 g/L时预处理效果最优;拉伸-定型工艺过程中进行加捻处理可改善牦牛尾毛的光泽;修复液中TG酶用量为2%(owf)时其对纤维损伤修复的效果最佳.
The source of yak tail hair is plentiful in our country, but this kind of fiber can mainly be used in woolen fabric field due to its coarseness and stiffness. In this research yak tail hair are pretreated, stretched, setted and re-paired with transglutaminase (TG) to improve the practical performance and added value. The results show that the optimum effect is obtained when pH is 7.0, temperature 70 ~C, treating time 60 min, and the MEate concen-tration 30 g/L. During stretching-setting process twisting on yak tail hair strend can enhance the fibers' luster. When TG is 2%(owf) the best repairing effect of tensile is gotten.
