涤/棉/导电纤维混纺纱质量比电阻的研究 被引量:4

摘要 将导电纤维与涤纶、棉纤维按不同比例进行混合、梳理、并条,纺制转杯纱;测定纤维网及转杯纱的质量比电阻,进而分析导电纤维含量与纤维网、转杯纱质量比电阻之间的变化规律,建立纤维网质量比电阻与导电纤维含量之间的回归方程.结果表明:随着导电纤维加入比例的增加,纤维网和纱线的质量比电阻均有所下降,且下降趋势都呈现为先快后慢. Conductive fiber, polyester fiber and cotton are blended with different proportion, then through carding, drawing and spinning, the rotor spun yarn is spun. Then the mass specific resistance of the blended fibers layer and rotor spun yarn are measured, the regulation between the content of conductive fiber and the mass specific resistance of fiber layer and rotor spun yarn are analyzed to find a regression equation between the content of conductive fiber and the mass specific resistance. The results show that with increasing the proportion of the conductive fiber, the mass specific resistance of the fiber layer and yarn declines, and the downward trend slow down.
