摘要
针对定量分析LED表面粗化尺寸及其形状对出光效率的影响这一难题,采用Lighttools软件,利用蒙特卡洛光线追迹方法,模拟仿真了传统LED以及4种不同表面粗化微元结构LED的出光效率和光场分布.模拟结果显示,LED的粗化在最佳尺寸下可以将LED的发光效率提高到70%,该结果对提高GaN基LED的发光效率具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.
Aiming at the problem of analyzing quantitatively the effect of the size and shap of LED surface roughness on light efficiency, the luminous efficiency and optical field of traditional LED and four LEDS with different surface roughness are simulated using the method of Monte-carlo ray tracing by lighttools software. The results show that the optimal roughening structure size can increase the luminous efficiency to 70%, which study has much refer-ence value and instructive significance for improving the luminous efficiency.
