从分工组织效率的角度研究我国纺织服装企业在经济全球化和跨国公司活动日益频繁的背景下的全球运作问题,首先介绍了企业全球运作的研究背景,对企业全球运作进行理论分析,为我国纺织服装企业的决策提供了理论依据;简要说明了我国纺织服装业的进出口和海外投资情况,提出了我国纺织服装企业全球运作的思路和措施.

Based on the organization efficiency of specialization, the global operations of Chinese textile and garment enter-prises under the background of economic globalization and multinational company increasing activities are re-searched. The research background of company＇s global operations is firstly introduced, then a theoretical analy- sis is taken for Chinese textile and garment enterprises＇ global operations to provide a theoretical basis for their decision-making. Chinese textile and garment import and export and overseas investment are briefly described. At last, the ideas and measures of Chinese textile and garment enterprises＇ global operating are proposed.
