高龄糖尿病患者用药行为与用药依从性调查

Investigation on drug compliance and drug-taking behavior in elder patients with diabetes mellitus

目的:了解高龄糖尿病患者用药行为与用药依从性情况,分析高龄糖尿病患者用药行为与用药依从性的相关性。方法:参照戴明俊等引进的Morisky推荐标准对120名高龄糖尿病患者调查用药依从性,现场调查高龄糖尿病患者用药行为,分析高龄糖尿病患者用药行为与用药依从性的相关性。结果:每次服药时是否查看核对书面用药医嘱、药物上有无准确标示服药的时间对于高龄糖尿病患者用药的依从性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄糖尿病患者用药的依从性是糖尿病专科护士关注的重点,医护人员应当制定可行的措施,帮助高龄糖尿病患者建立正确的用药习惯与方法,提高用药依从性。

Objective： To survey the drug-taking behavior of elderly patients with diabetes medication and analyse its correlation with drug compliance. Methods： The drug compliance of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitas was survey by Morisky Recommendation that was introduced by DAI Ming-jun while their drug-taking behavior was field survey. The correlation between drug compliance and drug-taking behavior were analysed. Results： Checking order before taking medicine each time and taking-time on the drug label were associated with compliance of elderly patients（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Diabetes specialist nurse should focus on elderly patient＇s compliance, make feasible measures to help them with establishing the correct drug habits and methods and improving the compliance.
