宁夏回族贫困大学生心理健康影响因素的相关性研究

A Survey on Related Factors of Psychological Health of Ningxia Hui Poor Undergraduates

目的:了解宁夏回族贫困大学生心理健康状况的影响因素,为开展心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,从宁夏大学生中抽取回族贫困生220人,用90项症状自评量、个人评价问卷、特质应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表进行测量。结果:汉族贫困生和回族贫困生在躯体化、人际关系、其它因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回族贫困生和非贫困生偏执因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职回族贫困生与本科回族贫困生在强迫、人际关系因子上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Stepwise多元线性回归分析表明积极应对、PEI总分、消极应对是宁夏回族贫困大学生心理健康状况的影响因素。结论:宁夏回族贫困大学生心理健康状况与多种因素相关,应针对其影响因素采取积极有效的心理健康教育措施。

Objective： To explore related factors of psychological health of Ningxia hui poor undergraduates and to provide theory basis for psychological health education. Methods.. By Stratified cluster sampling method,220 hui poor under- graduates sampled from all Ningxia＇s undergraduates were measured by symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）, PEI,TCSQ, SAS. Results：There was significantly difference in somatization,Interpersonal sensitivity between Han poor student and Han poor student. There was significantly difference in compulsion, Interpersonal sensitivity, compared the Vocational Hui poor students to the hui poor undergraduates. Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis showed that Positive respond, PEI score, negative respond, being impact factors of the Ningxia H ui poor mental health of students. Conclusion：The Ningxia H ui poor mental health of students was related to a variety of factors and active and effective mental health education measures should he taken against its influencing factors.
