摘要
本设计为一小功率半导体激光器驱动电源电路,选用稳压管、运放、三极管、阻容元件等常规元器件,通过脉冲形成、驱动、反馈控制等环节,完成电路设计。文中分析了主电路和控制电路的工作原理,给出了测试结果。本设计具有电路简单、性能可靠、价格低廉等特点。
The design for a low power semiconductor laser driving power supply circuit, with selection of conventional components , such as voltage regulator tube, amplifier, transistor and resistor capacitor components and so on. Circuit includes a pulse forming part, drive, feedback control. This paper analyzes the main circuit and control circuit principle and gives out the testing results. This design has the advantages of simple circuit, reliable performance, low cost and other characteristics.
