A sensitivity analysis of energy consumption for the heater's terminal temperature difference of 1000MW steam turbine unit

摘要 以东汽1 000 MW汽轮机组为研究对象,采用汽轮机组定功率变工况计算方法,对汽轮机各回热加热器在THA、70%THA滑压、50%THA滑压、40%THA滑压工况进行敏度分析,可求得各种工况下回热加热器出口端差(TTD)和疏水端差(DTTD)对汽轮机热耗、发电煤耗和供电煤耗的影响,从而指导机组的节能诊断和经济运行。 Based on the constant power variable condition calculation method, the energy-consumption sensitivity of the feed water heater' s TTD and DTTD was analyzed for 1 000 MW steam turbine at THA, 70 %THA sliding pres- sure, 50 %THA sliding pressure and 40 % THA sliding pressure conditions. The effect of the feed water heater' s TTD and DTTD on energy-consumption performance was derived including the unit heat rate, coal consumption rate and power coal consumption rate. The results can make great reference for the energy-saving diagnosis and operation optimi- zation of similar power units.
