重庆建筑业企业体制改革研究

Research on System Reform of Chongqing Construction Industries

自重庆成为中心城市以来,重庆建筑业得到了长足发展,在重庆国民经济中的支柱产业地位不断提高。但重庆建筑业还存在着整体水平不高、企业发展问题多、建筑业市场秩序不尽规范、管理体制不够优化等问题,必须进行建筑企业体制改革。文章结合重庆市建筑业的现状,对其进行SWOT分析,针对重庆国有、集体建筑企业,分别提出了其体制改革的思路和方法,认为体制改革的核心是产权改革,并对产权改革进行了探索和研究,以推动重庆市建筑业的可持续发展。

With the Chongqing ＂314＂ overall plan, establishment of experimental zone of urban and rural comprehensive reform and construction of ＂Two Rivers District＂, the economy of Chongqing as well as the construc- tion industry has been developing rapidly; the process of urbanization continues to accelerate. However, the con- struction industry of Chongqing still faces several challenges. So the systems of the construction companies should be ameliorated. Based on the SWOT analysis, this paper aims to argue how to improve the present systems of the construction companies in Chongqing, especially the state-owned construction company and the collective construc- tion company, in order to promote further development of the construction industry in Chongqing.
