摘要
从教育生态学的视角看,课堂教学生态系统是在一定时空范围内教学生态主体之间及其与课堂教学生态环境之间相互作用、影响而构成的有机系统,具有物质循环、能量流动与信息传递三大基本功能,表现出整体系统性、共生发展性及动态平衡性等特征。在诸多高校,导致课堂教学质量下滑的原因在于课堂教学生态系统的失衡。所以,优化课堂教学的策略应是:优化教学主体,促进教学主体生态化;优化课堂教学环境,构建课堂教学生态环境。
This article interprets the connotation of ecological system of classroom teaching from the angle of educational ecology,revealing the structure,function and even the features of this system.Based on this,it points out that the reason or the declining quality of classroom teaching lies in the unbalance of its eco-system,and that the strategy for the optimization of classroom teaching must be focusing on optimizing the status of the subject in teaching in order to improve the ecological of the subject,and on optimizing the environment of classroom teaching in order to build an ecological environment for the teaching.
