电动摩托车无传感器无刷直流电机控制系统设计与实现

摘要 采用无传感器无刷直流电机的电动摩托车具有操作简便、骑乘舒适、维护方便、污染小和噪声低等优点。本文介绍一种以ST7FMClK2单片机为核心的电动摩托车控制器的构成和工作原理,重点描述了电机控制电路的硬件设计以及无刷直流电机控制系统的软件设计。实验结果表明,该系统取得了很好的控制效果,简化了电路,缩小了控制器体积,提高了运行效率,延长了使用寿命,增强了系统的灵活性和可靠性,具有良好的市场推广价值。 The battery-operated motor cycle by adopting sensorless brushless DC motor, which is of the advantages of easy and simple to handle, better riding comfort, convenient maintenance, low pollution and low noise, etc. This paper intro- duces the composition and working principle of a battery-operated motor cycle controller which takes ST7FMCIK2 SCM as the core, with the emphasis on the descriptions of the hardware design of the motor control circuits and the software design of the control system for brushless DC motor. The experimental result indicates that the system obtains a great control effect, the circuits are simplified, the controller" dimensions are reduced, the operational efficiency is improved, the service life is prolonged and the flexibility and reliability of the system are enhanced. The system has a good value for market promotion.
