DriveWindow在ABB中压变频传动系统故障诊断中的应用

Application of DriveWindow in Fault Diagnosis of ABB＇ Medium Voltage Frequency Conversion Drive System

为了便于监视传动系统的运行状态、参数设置的有效性和响应的快速性以及故障信息的显示及运行曲线的查看分析，一般都采用相应的系统诊断工具来进行分析。DriveWindow是ABB公司应用于ACS600／800系列低压变频器和ACS-6000系列中压变频器的诊断工具。本文首先介绍了DriveWindow的基本功能，然后重点论述了采用DriveWindowACS6000SD中压变频传动系统进行的故障诊断。实践表明，使用DriveWindow，能快捷、有效地诊断ACS6000中压交流传动系统的故障。

In order to expediently monitor the running status, effectiveness of parameters setting, responsive speedability, fault information display and running curves checking and analyzing of the drive system, the corresponding system diagnostic tools are gen- erally used for analyzing. DriveWindow is the diagnostic tool of ABB, which is applied to ACS600/800 series low voltage frequency converters and ACS-6000 series medium voltage frequency converters. This paper first introduces the basic functions of DriveWindow with the emphasis on the discussion of the fault diagnosis for ACS6000SD medium voltage frequency conversion drive system by adopting DriveWindow afterwards. The practice indicates that the faults of ACS6000 medium voltage AC drive system are able to be diagnosed rapidly and effectively by using DriveWindow.
