It is necessary for ideological and political course teachers to try inquiry learning based on network in the teaching, in order to adapt to the target changes of college talent education, to deal with the challenges faced by the web-based political education courses, and to meet the needs of the construction and development of the ideological and political theory course teaching in university. For better carrying out the inquiry learning of ideological and political theory course based on the network, the transformation of education teaching idea is the premise, the improvement of ideological and political course teachers＂ quality is the key, and the support of the school is the foundation.
