摘要
介绍了护理工作量的定义;回顾了国外护理工作量的研究背景、测定方法研究进展和不足;指出我国护理研究者需建立适合我国国情的护理工作量测定方法。
It introduced the definition of nursing workload,reviewed the progress on research background and determination methods of nursing workload in abroad and its shortages,then pointed out that our nursing researchers in China need to establish the nursing workload measurement methods suitable for Chinese national conditions.
