摘要
构建了研发存在投资溢出环境下的多委托-多代理研发外包模型,研究了发包方与承包方的研发外包决策,得出了发包方的最优外包策略以及承包方的最优研发投资策略,并在此基础上分析了投资溢出对承包方研发投入的影响。研究表明,研发能力较强或研发成果市场收益较大的承包方会随投资溢出的变大而增加研发投入;承包方研发总投入会随研发能力较弱或研发成果市场收益较小的承包方的投资溢出变大而提高。
Under the condition of input spillovers, this paper developes a multi - principal and muhi - agent R&D outsourc- ing model to study the R&D outsourcing policy of outsourcers and suppliers. The optimal outsoureing policies of outsourcer and the optimal commitment policies of suppliers are obtained and the impact of input spillovers on the commitment policies is analyzed. It is shown that the supplier with higher R&D capability or bigger market return from R&D achievement will raise its R&D commitment as the input spillovers get bigger, and the total R&D commitment will be raised with the increas- ing of the input spillovers of supplier with lower R&D capability or smaller market return from R&D achievement.
