摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,以陕西省9所高校教师为调查对象,探讨了领导授权、工作压力、工作挑战性、组织支持感对职涯高原的影响及其内在作用机制,并引入心理控制源这一个体内部特征因素,采用多元调解回归法检验其对此关系的调节作用。结果表明,领导授权、工作挑战性、组织支持感对抑制或缓解职涯高原具有积极的影响作用;工作压力与职涯高原存在显著正相关关系;心理控制源中的内控性在此关系中分别起到了调节作用,且调节的方向性较为明显。
Through the questionnaire survey, this paper delves into the impact of leading empowerment, working pressure, work challenge degreeand organizational support on career plateau by introducing the locus of control into the analysis frame- work within 9 colleges obtaining 149 observed values. Results show that there are big positive effect exiting in leading em- powerment, work challenge degree and organizational support ; of all the influencing factors, significant positive correlation is there between word pressure and career plateau. Inter - locus - of - control, in this relationship, asserts itself as the regu- lation action with significant level.
